The National Congenital Heart Disease Audit (NCHDA), a domain within the National Cardiac Audit Programme (NCAP), was set up to assess patient outcomes after therapeutic paediatric and congenital cardiovascular procedures (surgery, transcatheter and electrophysiological interventions) at all centres in the UK and the Republic of Ireland.
