The Healthcare Governance Academy in partnership with PRG Consulting have been awarded to provide training programmes on the NHS Training and Development Services Framework.

This is intended to support staff within healthcare, local government, and other public sector organisations. This includes:

Personal Development: Building Confidence, Influencing and Persuading skills, Critical Thinking, Managing Difficult Conversations, Project Management, Empathy and Emotional Intelligence, and Stakeholder Engagement.
Clinical: Care Planning, Co-ordinated Care, Clinical Leaders in Practice.
Leadership: Successful People Management and Leadership, Developing a Team, Management Essentials, Leading Remote Teams, NHS Leadership and Management, Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) Practitioner, Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) or Chartered Management Institute (CMI) courses.
Train the Trainer
Digital: Digital Literacy, Business Skills Suite, Data Management, Data Security.
