The Healthcare Governance Academy in partnership with PRG Consulting have been awarded to provide coaching an mentoring on the Training and Development Services Framework.

This is intended to support staff within healthcare, local government, and other public sector organisations. This includes:

Managers: Coaching/mentoring to support performance management, conflict resolution and personal development into more senior roles.
Emerging Talent: Coaching/mentoring support career development and confidence building, help prepare for future leadership roles
Programme Managers: Coaching/mentoring to enhance communication skills, influencing stakeholders to deliver complex projects.
Frontline Staff: Coaching/mentoring to support wellbeing, career development and create a positive culture of continuous learning.
Teams/Individuals Undergoing Change/Challenges: Coaching/mentoring to align goals, build trusts and improve collaboration
