Latest test and trace figures suggest second wave may be breaking but caution still needed

The latest test and trace figures show positive cases have dropped dramatically since the peak in early November, down 43 per cent since then, with an unprecedented percentage of close contacts reached and asked to self-isolate, at 85.7 per cent - but the pandemic isn't over yet.
